Spruce bark beetle
The AI identifies stressed and dead spruce at individual level and shows the spread pattern across the property – before it is clearly visible to the naked eye.
Storm and snow breakage
The entire property is analysed within days of a storm. Windthrow and stem breakage are mapped per stand so you can prioritise action in the right order.
Drought and declining vitality
Trees weakened by drought appear in the analysis before they die – giving you time to act and plan harvesting before the value drops further.

Damage map per stand: every damaged or dead tree is marked with its position and classified by damage type. You see exactly where on the property the problem is.
Volume and value of damaged forest: the analysis calculates the volume of damaged forest per stand – a direct basis for decisions on urgent harvesting or an insurance claim.
Priority order for action: stands are ranked by damage severity and spread risk so you and your harvester operator know where to start. Results are delivered in formats that work in Skogshubben and pcSkog.

Data collection and analysis are completed in days. A manual inventory of 7,500 hectares takes up to 75 working days – Arboair's AI completes the same analysis in roughly 20 days, with higher precision and without waiting for a consultant to have time.
Can the analysis be used as evidence for an insurance claim?
Yes. Arboair's damage report contains volume data and geo-referenced damage positions per tree and stand – documented evidence that can be used in claims.
